Seeing Double: Clamity Vs. Castillo Sandals

It's the case of seeing double again. This time not just they look similar - but in fact it's like they came fresh out from the xerox machine. Honestly, I'm quite stunned when I see both sandals which definitely looks like a mirror image of one another.
The first pix is the strappy gladiator sandals by Alexander McQueen. Codenamed: Clamity. I love how unique it looks with all the cage-like body and laces going all the way through the center 'backbone'. This sandals is in fact already sold out when it hits Oki-ni.com in previous months. I think lots of the late McQueen's fans trying to cash in and bought his fashion items coz they're now suddenly becoming very collective itself. And quite an art too.

And the one that look similar is the second pix which is from Officine Creative, available via Selfridges online shop. Codenamed: Castillo. The big question is: is it an exact copy? Who's copying who? Or did OC do a homage on the late AMQ himself? (The AMQ got the signature 'skull' on the sole, btw)
But whatever it is, both sandals looks really amazing despite the price tags (> £200!). If you wanna rock your summer in a very special gladiator sandals like none other - the Clamity or Castillo is definitely the one to be worn!
