It's Milan Fashion Week. I wish I could go to Milan again this year. I've been to Milan back in 2005, but that just for a mere 2 hours. loving it coz it's such a metropolitan. The city exudes style in every quarter.
By the time I stepped on the Milano Centrale railway station, I was struck by the elegence of the city. The station itself resembles New York's Grand Station that you would normally watch in the movie. Very art deco, very Gotham city. I can see the ad campaign posters of Emporio Armani and Dolce and Gabbana everywhere. At the station, on the street. Including the one by Kaka for Armani.
And the best thing about Milan is... SHOPPING of course. Where else other than at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The very grandeur, baroque, immaculate piece of Italian architecture. Lies at the Piazza del Duomo, nearby the largest Gothic cathederal - Milano Duomo.
Milan, ti amo. I'll be back!
