Imelda Marcos or not, there's nothing wrong of having many shoes. In fact, footwear is also the window to the a person's soul. You can judge a person just by looking at his/her shoes. A UK survey of recruitment consultants by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) found that a job hunter's appearance has a huge impact on how they are perceived at interview, with 23% saying inappropriate footwear was the main offence (Men's Health, May 09).
Just 23%? And the rest 77% saying it's ok to have bad shoe days? That's crap! Anyway, the temptations is lurking around again. Recent collections at Yoox really make my shopping libido upped to the roof. Real shoe galore with boots, mocassins and lace-ups by designers like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Emporio Armani and Vivienne Westwood, to name a few. And with the price slashed (off season??) and free delivery for a limited period... temptation can't be prolonged any longer.
