One question that keeps bugging me every now and then: Can Sisley really sell in London? How do they still survive especially during this economic climate? They had closed down their store at High Street Kensington, and now relying to their sites at Knightbridge and Oxford St. which I think kinda fish out of water scenario. And with massive stocks still hanging and barely untouched on the SALE racks, does it somehow ring something?
Btw, their collection for Fall/Winter 09 looks kinda safe to me. Probably a bit too plain. But if I can pick my personal favorites, it would has to be the grey oversized knit cardigan - a nice replacement for traditional jacket. Wrap it with nice belt, then you'll get an edgy look. Another piece would be the velvet blazer on the last pix which has a Dolce & Gabbana feel to it. As well as the denim blazer which is a next big thing for Fall/Winter 09.
Note to Sisley: you gotta reduce the price, mate. Or it may end up on the SALE section sooner than you can imagine.
