The eyes of the lady at the newsstand went big when I pulled one of the mag to be paid at the counter. Big, because probably she became quite disbelief of what I've just picked. And she suddenly said, this is in Chinese. Haha! Yes, I know, but it's fashion right? - I said back to her. Indeed, the New Icon and Men's Uno mags are in Chinese, a language that is a total alien to me coz I can't read nor understand the character at all. But the mag is about men's fashion. And hey, isn't that fashion is universal - everyone understand the language of style and clothes and all the stuff, despite of language barrier they're in. =)
Anyway, one of the mag - New Icon - got a booklet on Spring/Summer 2010 style, which is totally awesome. I love the part where it got the lookbok featuring the model in various clothing from formal, casual to sporty. And there're mix of brand from highstreet to designer labels, which I love a lot. Coz it gives some choices on which of the 'wallet' type of you are. If you click the image to enlarge, then you can see where the pieces are from (I hope you can read it, haha!)
I love the styling though. If I can choose which of the pieces that I like most - it's the grey hi-tops from Zara and the blazer with white pipings from Philosophy (which look like my Topman jacket). But overall - they're all awesome. I just wish those featured would be in my closet right now. :)
