I spent almost my daily life at the dining table nowadays. Previously I used to work in my own home office with a humungous desk, but since my mother said to me that they found a snake in that room I am reluctant to went in there again. Yikes! I know I like snakeskin - on shoes and for accessories, that is - but to found some real leftover snakeskin 'swirling' around the phone cord, it's a massive surprise. So, all I can do now is working at my dining room, away from the home office.
Thankfully there's my Ikea Bjursta table that I bought years ago. It's huge and the best part is it's expandable - making it so versatile to seat 6 - 14 people. And it's in black, my definite favorite color for furniture coz the dirt won't show. Oh, fyi I got it at the As Is section @ Ikea - meaning it's a ex-showroom piece. But the condition is all good and at a massive price cut, what's not to like. I still remember braving myself to dismantle this thing in front of everyone at the Customer Service counter, with all the noise and stuff to get it transported in my small car then. And have to assemble it again back home. It's quite a DIY job, but knowing that I saved more than RM1000 (around £200) - it's all worth it. =)
Oh, ever wonder what's on my table? I wish it's always squeaky clean, but the pix says it all...
... everyday must-eat - apples. eat fuits before meal coz it helps combat the undereye bags and dark circles. and with apple that contains pectin, eating it before any 'bad meal' like sugary stuff, it can regulates the sugar level to safety level. that's what i read, fyi...
... wholemeal bread, coz any 'white' based food is bad for health... and oh, some Dunkin' Donut, for some extra sugary snack if I'm feeling 'bad', ahaks!...
