If you happen to be in Hyde Park, London yesterday then you got to experience two seasons in one day. While the trees are browning due to autumn, it seems that there's some sleet of snowflakes everywhere on the grass. How can that be? Plunging temperature, that is. Hmm... blame global warming for that. Or blame you and me coz we're all responsible for it too! Yikes! But that's nothing compared to last year when London experienced the weirdest condition ever - all four seasons in a day at every corner of the city. You got snow, autumnal browning leaves, blossoming flowers and scorching hot weather in different part of London. Weird, right? Well... that's English weather my friends. :)
Anyway. For you lots who's in the Northern Hemisphere, chill autumn season requires the change in your wardrobe. It's time to get a new look like these ones by Club Monaco. I always love how they put together the ensemble which looks very chic. Though I'm not really into any 'regular fit' outfit coz I'm more into London mod style (skinny one-button blazer, slimfit jeans, Chelsea boots... if you know what i mean), yet the color combination works magic. Unlike the previous seasons which is more monochromatic, this time the emphasis is given to a little injection of color like blue and green into some pieces like chambray shirt, the wool scarves and the sweaters. And one absolute key trend is camel that looks so glorious as a two-piece suit.
Another trend featured in the lookbook is tweed which is now becoming a staple for Fall/Winter, as well as the duffel coat that is one of the 20 must-haves for this season as mentioned by GQ.
