Summer is the perfect time to give this feet a break. After months packed in the boots and trainers all the time, this is the good time for it to unwind. Not really to go barefoot (hell, no..!), rather let it breath in flip-flop or sandals.
Talking about sandals, last summer saw the reintroduction of 'ladiator' - the male version of gladiator shoes that make a massive wave in the women's footwear. The strappy sandal ala the ancient Romanesque figure has created a big hoopla for mens' shoe range. Will it ever make its entry again in Summer '09? Maybe.
Anyway, I can't wait to give my feet the long and overdue break. Whether strappy sandal to ladiator, or slip-in sandals to flip-flop... it doesn't matter. There are some sandals that have my eye on to. Especially the color white - next season's hottest color!
