ES Style: The Gekko, The Boho & The Italiano...

Gekko's back. Well, not just to the cinema as in Money Never Sleeps but to the trend in the office as well. We're talking about the classic 3ps (three-piece suit) for the urban warrior that roams the financial districts like Canary Wharf or Threadneedle Street, though this time the silhouette is more slim than just regular fit. I love the steel grey theme on the first lookbook which looks so chic and modern.

Another style for the season is the bohemian look, synonymous with injection of quirky colors into the outfit like this one with purple. I'm not really digging into corduroy pants coz they're not that easy to take care of. I got a corduroy jacket once but have to give it away since when I fold it, the fabric really took the 'folding stain' (you know, the creases, the pleats due to folding). So, not good. But adding color to the wardrobe - that's cool.

Another look is for the laidback gents in the city. What is more elegent than a typical Italian suits, right? Very suave even in it nonchalance. This is what I love wearing when I'm not feeling too flamboyant - a big, understated scarf + unbuttoned, slim blazer + sombre color. And complete it with a pair of boots. Easy and comfy. :)
