I saw it last time on Rafael Lazzini when he slung the backpack on his shoulder (but dunno why that pix doesn't end up into Zara's final lookbook). I knew it instantly I'm gonna get it no matter what. And thank God for Vogue's FNO - I found this bag last week at Zara Bond St while I was wandering around the store amidst the happenings going on in the store that night.
This bag is truly embodies the spirit of Fall/Winter 2010. Not just about the color which is subdued black, but the 'shearling' theme that it carries. Though this bag is faux leather, it is lined with real fur on the flaps and the back straps. Pretty cool. Kinda make it feel quite expensive (and it IS much pricier than other Zara bags given that it's not a leather!)
It has the similar size my previous herringbone backpack with same two compartments on the front. Love the feel of the material which is quite buttery soft just like real leather. Yet, one thing for sure... doesn't it look like Burberry vintage leather backpack? ;)
